In the past two decades he gains diploma in administration management and in law, works in public administration (ministries, background institutions), works for public administration (consultant, external expert), researches and now teaches public administration (Corvinus University of Budapest, National University of Public Service), and it seems like his hobby is also public administration (he is a founding member of the Association for Progressive Public Administration).
He considers his greatest professional challenge and success at the same time the professional coordination of European Public Administration Network (EUPAN) during the Hungarian EU presidency in 2011, and the professional management of two public administration development projects (State Reform Operational Program (ÁROP)-1.2.9, ÁROP-2.2.19) and one higher education research project (Social Renewal Operational Program (TÁMOP-7.2.1).
During his career he was awarded with a medallion by the Scientific Council of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for his scientific management work (2005), and with a ministerial certificate of merit by the Ministry of Public Administration and Justice (2011). He is member of the Association of Management Consultants in Hungary (VTMSZ), and has been granted with the Certified Management Consultant (CMC) title since 2016.
He is the founding owner of Königsberg Consulting Kft.
After earning his degree as administration manager, he consciously starts his public administration career at the local government level, followed by the territorial level, then the central government. Out of his 13 years’ long service in public administration, he spends more than 5 years as head of department, which enables him to gather precious experience in the fields of operative planning, management and implementation. He is awarded with a ministerial certificate of merit by the Minister of the Interior (2016).
His professional interests lay in primarily in the local governments, which he had taught for 5 years at the National University of Public Service. Besides he has expertise in territorial administration and electronic government too.
He has two children.
As an administration manager with 12 years of experience in public administration, he was the active and constructive member or manager of numerous European or national funded projects. He gained his valuable experience in strategy creation, process management and organizational development when spending more than five successful years as a middle manager.
He is attributed to several results in the fields of service development, electronic public administration and development of multi-channel customer service which brought substantial changes into everyday life with their innovative and value-creating novelty.
He has two children.
After obtaining her degree as a public administration manager, she started working in the central administration, where she spent nearly 8 years in customer service development and management of e-public services. She started as a customer service agent, and later gained experience as a service manager and unit leader.
She has participated in several international conferences and has been involved in the implementation of several national and EU funded projects. Nearly 3 years of leadership experience she changed to the field of state research and, using her experience, supports administrative tasks related to public administration development projects.
She gains her master of economics diploma at Corvinus University of Budapest, Faculty of Business Administration. With the European Public Administration Training Scholarship won during her university years, she could extend her professional interests both in theoretical and practical fields. Besides gaining work experience in central and local public administration, she also has experience from the business sector, working as a consultant for a few years at an international consulting firm.
As professional and project manager, and also project member, she implements several public administration development projects in the fields of process management, organizational development and strategic planning.
She has two children.
She has gained her professional experience mostly in the central government administration. While she put herself as training manager, legal assistant and e-learning coordinator to the test, her interest has been driving her to the field of e-government and electronic service development. In this context, she successfully managed several EU sponsored development projects as working group and project leader. For her outstanding achievements in service development, she was recognised as employee of the year at her civil service employer.
She graduated as administration manager (BA) at the Corvinus University of Budapest, Faculty of Public Administration Science, then earned Master degree in public affairs management (MA), awarded with the Fellowship granted by the Republic (for students after two terms of outstanding academic achievement, working with unique success in the sciefintic students’ circle.)

She believes that it is important to provide easily understandable information for clients of public administration therefore she continued her studies as media and public service communication consultant.
During her six years of civil service she was given the opportunity to get an insight into the Finnish public administration system in the framework of the Hungarian Public Administration Scholarship Programme. She worked as communication and press secretary at Hungarian Authority for Consumer Protection. As project expert consultant she took part in developing civil service training programs. In 2016 she has been granted with the Award for Consumer Protection.
